Yesterday

I looked out my window today,
Then my thought drifted away.
Back to a time I was in love.
To a time when I was younger,
And felt like I could fly like a dove.
But, then I remember the hunger,
For the love you never gave me.
You did all you could you see,
to hurt me deep inside.
Some of the hurt still inside me hides,
You left me broken for another.
Now,I hear you are getting what you gave me,
Only she won't set you free.
Now you feel the emptiness I once felt.
No one hears you when you cry,
Just as I was alone with my tears.
You have someone who doesn't care.
You are alone with your hurt and fears.
You call me to say you still love me.
But I still remember your lies, you see.

for I will not listen to you any more.

Because to you,I have shut the door.
You lost my love when you said goodbye
Never my love or my heart will you find.
