Finishing move: Snow Plow Career Highlights: Head trainer on Tough Enough series; European Champion; Hardcore Champion (6); Tag Team Champion After establishing himself as a technically-sound in-ring WWE Superstar, Al Snow found himself in a new role for WWE -- a trainer for the MTV reality-based series, "Tough Enough." The show, which featured 13 young adults trying to win a contract with WWE, was an instant ratings success, and Snow's involvement had much to do with that. When he's not training Tough Enough contestants, he competes in RAW's singles division and often must deal with former pupils. Some still see him as a father figure, but a few think Al could have done more to help them succeed in WWE.
